There werent many players, perhaps 20 on each side, but it was an interesting field and good gameplay. The variable ended up going off without a hitch, save for the blowout at the end. Thoughts/comments about the game?

Way to go terrorists for winning, lets just not let our troops know that! lol. Anyways, post your favorite moments, least favorite moments, funniest moments, w/e here! For me, last game was cool because of the mobile bunker, it was a nice thing to try out, but my favorite moment was at the end of the 2nd game ...

There are plenty of different rangers out there, from your Profile Rangers, who pretend to be sick or hurt to get out of PT, your Chairborne Rangers, who talk about tactics weapons and training although they've experienced one or none of these themselves, and your Airborne Rangers, who raise hell and kill babies. But what makes an Airsoft Ranger?

You know your an Airsoft Ranger if:

SOTHG/blue team dominated that VIP game! other than that i think red and blue were balanced really well. the JROTC held up pretty well on the red side with LoneWolfe and his guys.

I got this Idea from Reed's post about his airsoft story. Just wanted to hear some other peoples story about how they got into Airsoft.

Here's Mine.

It all started one Sat afternoon back in 2008. I was looking on the net for a possible purchase on a real steel weapon when I stumbled onto an Airsoft retail site. I thought, those toys look pretty real,But they must just be for kids. Then I found some videos on Youtube

of people Skirmishing including adults.I thought man that looks fun ...

Since this is kind of a story I will put it here.

I have developed my own personal set of Airsoft rules to make the game fun for me. In light of all the tensions due to perceived misconduct, I think these may be timely. You might even enjoy your Airsoft experience more if you try them. I was gonna post this in that wacky brawl of a thread in the SW section, but Admin wisely locked . So here we go.

I pointed out the switch and gun B was chrono'd, and ended up being slightly above the fps limit (3-7fps or so), which as far as I am concerned ...

Anyway, speaking of future games:

I know that there were some concerns about the chrono station, and I can assure you that by Korphe II, at whatever ...

I liked the open field and my new L85 preformed well. However the real fun came after the game on the way to zaxbys where Josh got us lost listening to my useless directions. It took 8 people in 4 cars 40 minutes to get somewhere 10 minutes away, and NJSC and Paul didn't see the Zaxbys and drove 18 miles before realizing. Fail.

Just a friendly little reminder to everyone to remember to hydrate and eat properly before going to play airsoft in the hot weather. Also to take care of yourself while playiing by staying cool and staying hydrated! I saw a lot of heat exahustion at the last op (myself included, I violated my own rule and did not eat anything and had not been hydrating properly, and I threw up). But, with proper care, heat injuries can be prevented.

I have played games when the use of hand toss grenades was acceptable for bunkering to prevent close shots. Essentially, if someone can get close enough to toss a tennis ball or bean bag into the bunker, they are too close to shoot anyone so the make-shift grenade lets everyone know they are hit that may be on the other side of the bunker . . . at least anyone within 6-10ft of the grenade landing spot.

Only pistols are allowed for ...

A couple of highlights (from my vantage point)

1. In the 2nd game, a group of blues and I did a really good job of laying down covering fire and we had really good communication. After a brief firefight at the beginning, we managed to push the red team back and My group swept the middle while another group of blues went around behind the red team and ...

Speed ball?

I was not sure where to put this so i put it here. Will Airsoft guns pop speedball bunkers (the blow up kind)? I think it would be a lot of fun to speed ball with airsoft guns. If they don't pop I would like to have someone organize an event to play speed ball somewhere.

This was smaller then OP: TACFORCE in acre size and playerwise, but much more tactical in manuevaring! I found that this place is player friendly to people like me who enjoy rushing out there, and much more tree/bunker cover for the record. But uh... GO RED TEAM!

Also my group (mainly just 4 of us) decided our squad shall be called: THE NOOB REVOLUTION!
