I was in Marietta yesterday doing some work and i stopped by The A/N store on Cobb pkway on my lunch break.
It's bigger than the forrest Pk store but it was mostly new stuff, very little surplus and the surplus stuff they did have was twice the price of FP store. Needless to say i was very disapointed and will not be going back. If you live up there, Make the trip to Forrest park for your loadout needs. It's worth it......This has been a public service announcement.

Hey folks, Myself and a few others who frequent Georgetown signed up at the Golden Eagle airsoft field for a 8 v. 8 tournament. The following, is as unbiased as possible about our experience. If you'd rather not read the entire story, I'll summarize it really quick for you, Do not spend your money or time playing there. The field is poorly run,to the point in which it becomes frustrating to even try to play. If you'd like to know more, please, read on. ( I understand that my opinion does NOT ...

I had my first experience with Airdog Airsoft as a retail store and getting my guns worked on by Rhino.

Being closely associated with Airdog for a while I figured that it was about time to run down to their store and see what they had going on. I was going down there in search of a bucking for the SR25, which turned into getting a ROF setup in the MP5.

First thing to talk about is the store itself, while small in stature I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and their warm welcome. ...

Today was my first experience playing at GoldEagle Airsoft in Discover Mills Mall, and I first have to say that this is a quality field with lots of fun action.

Details:

Location- It is located just off of Sugarloaf Pkwy on I85. Inside the mall it is right next door to Sun and Ski Sport. Best way to actually get there is go into Bass Pro and when you get out of Bass Pro take a right and it's just down the corridor.

Field- The quality of the field is very good. Bunkers are all ...

I opened up the box which was pretty small, didnt have much packaging but it is only pants. What came in the box was a BDU.com magazine, a receipt, a peice of brown paper and $5 coupon off for militaryboots.com which the super secret code is boots. The pants are really nice quality.
I stopped by Stockbridge Army Navy on the way up the my grandmom's house today. They had a lot of good uniforms and other military gear (nothing really good, besides a buttload of $10 WWII and 'Nam helmets[I was temped but I didn't]). There stuff had fairly good prices (Mainly because most new uniforms were surplus from tru-spec). As most (if not all) of you guys know that I am a gear ho [fo sho], so my ratings may be bias.
Dude! These mags are great. I bought a couple extras with my G and G gr16 carbine and love em. First off, they are 450rd high caps. U wind them a bunch to start out and I can shoot most of the mag off that first wind. Maybe about 80 bbs left after that. Feed great, didn't skip a beat. I love it. I hate trying to spray or hold someone down and having to wind every 30bbs. These mags were a little pricey, I think like $28 from airsoft gi but work real well. I've only shot about 2000 or ...

hey guys got the newly released A&K Dragunov from AA today. This thing is so worth the 140 bucks. The gun is pretty much completely metal excluding the stock, magazine, and front hand grip thing. It comes with a high cap i think a 150 round mag, 200 or so decent .2 bbs, check rest, and front adjustment tool. It doesnt come with much which I kinda expected from A&K no coloring on box just pretty bland. The gun isnt easy to cock but a glove can help with that, I think it should shoot around ...

I just got this gun from RSOV.com and was very pleased. It has the Romanian handguard. It weighs about 8 pounds and is made mostly of steel. everything is steel except the sights and the outer barrel(they are metal though). The pistol grip is the only plastic part on the gun. It shoots 420 fps. stock. and is blowback. It is also folding stock too. This gun will only take the ONE mag that it came with in the box. Even if you go and buy another CYMA mag. that looks exactly the same it wont fit. ...

Just got in 3 new marui-type fan masks from KH mountain. (THESE ARE NOT ACTUAL TOKYO MARUI MASKS) They were 14.99 but shipping is high since they come from china.. so if you do order some do a group buy and get several pairs. We ordered 3 pairs and it ended up amounting to roughly 30 dollars for each mask with shipping. Overall I was very pleased with them, as i had absolutely no issues with fogging. they offer a great range of vision and fit very comfortably. The fan, which is mounted in the ...

This is my review on the A&K LR300 short version

This is a hard hitting gun.Factory crono was 430 fps. It weighs in at 6.5 lbs with mag in.The gun is full metal except for the hand guard, and Hand grip. The Grip looks awkward but is quite comfortable to hold. Sights are metal and fully adjustable for range and wind.

It comes with metal QD sling mounts. The sling mount for the hand grip area goes on the right side of the receiver making a single point sling awkward to use ...

OK . . . so, anyone who has played with our crew knows that I am a fan of the A&K series rifles and in particular, the LR300.

CAVEAT:

I just got done rebuilding my son's LR and mine is till in pieces. Reason is that each of them had a piston failure after about 40,000 rounds. That is to be expected in any gun with a nylon tooth piston that gets run as hard as we run the LRs. The troubling thing is that after that rebuild, the next thing to go is the axle in the spur gear.

This is my review of the Classic Army MP5SD6.

First Thoughts:

When I first looked at this gun, I noticed the Foregaurd and some other parts looked kind of plasticy. But when you pick it up you go "Wow this plastic is NICE."It kinda reminds me of plastic on Xbox controllers, but nicer. Looking around the gun shows some nice trade marks, and calibur markings.

Body Work:

The over-all body of this gun is quite impressive, and very solid. The metal parts are ...

Sunday I ordered this gun from airsoft Atlanta and rceived it today. It comes in your standard KJW box with the picture of the gun on the box with some other crap on it. I opened up the box to find 3 shooting targets a funny manual and this catalog of their guns along with this thing how to adjust the hop up. In the box comes the gun(duh) a quick loader thing a tool to adjustt the hop up and a pack of bbs. The gun is full metal giving it a nice weight. The magazine is nice having a double stack ...

HI ALL!!

I just recieved my cyma ak-47 today and was very pleased with its performance for the price. First of all the metal parts are the top reciever, all the front barrel assemble, sights, trigger-trigger guard, cocking lever, and the magazine. The plastic parts are the lower reciever and simulated wood.

I bought it from airsoft gi.com for 95 dollars (sorry AIRDOG, I didnt know you guys did requests). It included a crappy sling, cleaning rod, front sight adjustment tool, battery, charger, ...

I got this gun in July 2007, about 6 months before writing this review. I got the gun at Airsoft Atlanta’s walk in store. The gun costs $270+tax. You also must buy a mini style battery and some BBs. Overall the price should be around $308. ...

About 5 months ago, I bought an Eagle Industries Chest Rig/ Universal Tactical Vest (also known as the Eagle UCR) from www.OPtactical.com, and since I've had it for quite a while and used it a good bit, I decided that I would write a review about this piece of gear.

The UTV is a great lightweight rig, and at $65, it's a great option for anyone who is on a budget but still wants real-deal gear. It is made entirely out of 1000D Cordura, like all Eagle products.

It's got four ...

First off, let me say I truely enjoy my TM Mp5SD, and my CA M4.

So when I went to buy my G36C, I was going to go for the TM, then I heard good things about the Echo1, but to be honest, I never owned one, so I didn't want to buy it.

Then I heard a rumor, that KWA was going to release the G36C.

I was super stoked, and I pre-ordered it... and then waited nearly 3 months for it to get to my house!

KWA's GBB are truely some of the best, and their AEG's are no exception. The G36C ...

Triton 2 Li-po/Lead-Acic/Ni-Cd/Ni-MH Battery Charger

The Good

This is simply the best charger ever. It has 10 memory settings that allow you to one-touch charge your batteries that you have saved to it. But I never use this, because the charger has AUTO settings that will allow it to detect the batteries size/volts/mAh. Almost everything is automated, but it does take quite a while to get used to.

It took me a good 10 minutes to figure out how to ...
