This PEQ box says it can produce 90-130 lumens of light, now I dont know too much about flashlights, but i do know that this is a good bit of light? Spectre I think that with the slow shots of sniper rifles the CO2 is fine. I am not completely versed in how they work, but I do believe that the HPA set up keeps the pressure in the mag constant. It is advertised to shoot at 350fps to 400fps. I shot it through the chronograph today and its getting consistently 355-365fps. Well that is in the advertised velocity range, but I just wanted to know if there is anything I can do...tweaks, to get closer to 400fps? or tactically is there really any advantage to that extra speed? What are most folks shooting in the field? I also bought a Lipo which says you might want to upgrade ... I havent chronoed it yet but ill be shocked if its less than 400fps. That bein said the hop up leaves somethin to be desired. The best i can do with it still has my rounds skyin after 35 yds. What is the difference between hop up and hop bucking. Any suggestions on which one and a good unit to install would be greatly appreciated. Can any supressor be filled with foam to help dampen the noise? With slings ... A G&P M4 from Evike.com. I was thrilled to open it, charge up the Lipo and set a target. I shot about 30 .20g BB's through it..all in semi. It suddenly made a weird noise and it now will not fire. It makes an electric noise but it is very short and muffled each time I tried to pull the trigger. I figured a BB jam maybe. No unjamming/cleaning rod came with this rifle. Is it true that the tighter the barrel the more accurate the gun, that would make sense but the bulk of what i have read here and in other forums seem to point to barrel smoothness being the biggest factor in performance. It has modify 7mm bushings, new shim job, v3 7mm gearbox, m110 spring shooting 360 fps ,matrix turbo motor, element piston with steel tooth rack, SRC Steel gears. I'm currently running it on a 9.6v mini shooting upwards of 20 rps. I tried out my friends 11.1v lipo and it was INSANE. I also tried out a 7.4v lipo and it was giving some really nice ROF. But I was wondering with the upgrades I have can it handle a 11.1v lipo. I'm also going to put what ive got laying around(SRC Steel gears,metal bushings and a polycarb piston with an aluminum piston head) I wont be using auto much, but I want good trigger response. But when I was taking out the gearbox I ran into a problem. The wires from the motor are saudered(sp?) to the motor. I know you can undo it, but is there an easier way than having to pull out the sauder gun?
