    The "surprise" game!

    Post  Tinman on 07.09.09 18:33

It was great to see so many folks come out today to sign-up for Area13!!
We wound up being able to throw together an awesome game and it was sure a blast to be able to take part in PWNYs tradition of Lone Wolf on Magister and Gut for their birthdays! Gut managed to shoot the CRAP out of Scooter's back . . . he is STILL whining!!
Plus: Red was hilarious today with the superman cape . . . I felt pretty proud getting to capture it!!
PLUS . . . the dirty nuke bomb BBOY made was awesome!! I'll just say we finally put the "improvised" back in I.E.D. lol! lol!
We will have details on the first games later this week and will have a work/play day before Operation Morphine to get things together before this event.
Thanks to all who showed up and signed up! Looks to be a good first step for Area13!!!

Great way to spend a Labor Day. We saw the aluminum case over by the crack house from our vantage point and then the next thing we saw was smoke going up far away from the case. That was truly improvised. Good action all over the place today.

Lone wolf +1 was pretty cool as well. We did manage to get a few kills before the wheels came off and we got hosed down. There are still a couple guys that owe us a lone wolf game. I haven't forgot who they are.

Looking forward to the upcoming year at Area-13.
