New Gun problem Empty New Gun problem

I bought a Desert Raider from Airdog last Tuesday. I first shot it yesterday at the game we had at our field down here. I have to say that it is a blast to shoot and I absolutely love the gun. However, during a game we were running, I was shooting it and when I released the trigger to shoot again, nothing happened. I put it on safe and tried to shoot again, but still nothing happened. I unplugged the battery (a Tenergy 9.6v) and replugged it again and pulled the trigger but it didn't work. I thought it was the battery at first but after trying 5 different batteries nothing worked. I realized that none of the batteries never tried to turn the motor so I thought it was a fuse problem but then I remembered that crane wired guns bypass the fuse and go straight to the gear box. I didn't try to open it up and see because I wasn't sure if it violated and warranty/policy Airdog had for returns/exchanges. I would like to know if you guys had any suggestions I could try and in worse case I would have to take it back tomorrow (which I would really hate to do)

    Thanks!

    PM sent....
One of the common problems that occurs with G&G AEGs is the power supply wires connected to the motor may become loose.

Make sure the wires connecting to the motor are secure.
Check by removing the motor plate on the bottom of the grip and inspect the connections.
Use caution when re-installing the motor plate to ensure no wires are pinched or will change the motor height.
