Sniping: Spring, Gas, or Electric? Empty Sniping: Spring, Gas, or Electric?

Okay guys I want to get into sniping.. Currently my armament is a JG G36k, KWA USP.45 (KP9), and a TSD co2 nbb M9... Yesterday me and my friend switched roles, I using his spring bolt action, he using my G36. Now I noticed with spring, the rate of fire is obviously very poor, the range is decent, but not great. I didn't get any kills with it, but I did pretty much use it as a terror weapon. I kept 2 guys pinned down, because all they did was sit behind a wooden board. What they really didn't realize is that unless they ran directly at me, I couldn't have hit them... So now I want to become a sniper, but I don't just want to terrorize them, I want to be able to get kills with it... So can you tell me a little bit about each version of sniper rifles in these categories?:
Cost (not just of purchasing, but also operating)
    efficency
    range
    accuracy
    rate of fire
    durability

    JG BAR 10.
    Cost: ~$115.00
    Effenciency: 9 out of 10
Range: Stock, 7 out of 10, but can easily be upgraded
    Accuracy: Stock, 8 out of 10, ""
Rate of Fire: Its a bolt gun, what do you expect...
    Durability: 9 out of 10

With the amount of possible upgrades, the performace of the gun stock, and the low price. Your best bet in the world of sniping would be the JG BAR 10.
