TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide Empty TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide

    Post  #CW!!ZERO 24.02.09 0:17

Now bare with me, this is a dissassembly guide that i made about probably 2 years ago so if there is anything that needs fixing or further explanation please feel free to let me know.

Ok well as you can see I have a Tokyo Mauri VSR-10 G-Spec and have disassembled it assembled it many times so I have decided to make a dissassembly guide for all those who don't know to do so.

Let me start off by saying the G-Spec is the best gun i have ever come by. It is amazing stock and has too many upgrades to buy.

    How To Disassemble the VSR-10

    1. You have to take the mag out.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide011

    2. Then you have to take out the two screws holding the body to the barrel assembly.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide012

    3. Then you just pull the two parts apart.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide013

    4. Here's the two parts totally seperated.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide014

    5. Just make sure that the little spring mag catch doesn't fall out and get lost.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide015

    6. Now take out the little screw that hold the hopup and barrel to the trigger

    and piston assembly.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide016

    7. Now unscrew the two parts apart.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide017

    8. Heres the two parts side-by-side.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide018

    9. Now take out the screw directly holding the trigger guard to the

    assembly.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide019

    10. Here's the two parts you just took apart.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide020

    11. Now with the trigger assembly, first you have to pop out the spring

guide stopped out of the trigger assembly.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide021

    12. Now take out the screws directly under that hold the trigger assembly

    to the piston assembly

    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide030

    13. Here's the trigger assembly.

Take out the five screws that are along the body, only five screws there
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide022

    14. Here's the trigger assembly unscrewed.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide023

    15. Here's the trigger assembly taken apart don't worry nothing will fly out

    if you do it slowly.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide024

    16. This is how i take off my piston doesn't hurt it as long as you don't slip.

But before you do this you have to drill out your piston head.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide026

    17. After unscrewing the air nozzle you will be able to dump out all of you

cylinder internals, as you can see I have an upgraded piston, 150sp, spring

and a metal spring guide so your parts will alter slightly different from mine

but all go in the same way.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide028

    18. Just make sure when you are fiddling with your sniper that you don't lose

the little white ring in the bottom of the piston assembly outside shown below.

Its the one around the piston.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide029

    19. Now for the hop up assembly first you have to take out the two screws

that are located in the indented parts
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide031

    20. Now you have to take out the little screw holding the hopup lever on.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide032

    21. Now just push out the hop up assembly out with a screw driver or something.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide034

    22. Now take out the 3 screws that are holding black part to the silver part of the

    hopup assembly
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide035

    23. Now take out the 2 screws that hold the hop up chamber together.
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide036

    24. And there you go a totally dissassembled VSR-10
    TM Vsr-10 Dissassembly Guide VSR-10AirsoftforumGuide037

Good luck getting it back together.

Easy with those vice grips guys. I used a towel over the jaws to take mine off so no scarring.

Edit: Also you Bar-10 guy you don't need to drill your piston head, it just unscrews.

Yeah thats something i will add in soon, but if you scratch the base it doesnt affect the preformance at all, just the look, but do the Bar-10 not have a pin, thats so nice.

Also when reassembling the hop up unit, use a screw driver or something like it to push the U-shaped bb catch up into the unit to close it.

I think that may be another slight bar-10 difference.
