If i was elected president back in november 2008 out of all the ideas I would have thrown at the wall one of them would have stuck, in the past 2 and a half years just one of them would have worked. If you look at what Obama has done during his term, he has done nothing to help or stimulate the downturn of the economy, I mean sure he helps some people( not businesses) for a little while but the things he has done are not going to work in the long scheme of things. Its simply logical stuff as far as how the economy and its people run and its frightning to see how people can't come to terms with how its destroying our country to come.

No. The government can not run anything efficiently. The government doesn't have to make a certain annual profit each year, if they need money they just print some. How can you competively compete with that if I was Ford in a free market? In a free market the government stays back and lets the consumer base what happens to companies and how they make and produce things. When the government steps in and trys interferes with it, it just creates more problems and more debt then if you just let the company go under. Sure alot of jobs would be lost, but eventually things would bounce back. Obama is just a person who believes that the government should control the business market and be able to tell companies what and how to make their products not based on the consumers opinion but on what is enviromentally and politcally correct.

I agree. I also think that if they had been allowed to crash. other companies, such as ford would have come in and bought the good parts of the company and been better off themselves, the leadership for these big corparations is ridiculous too. it's a whole soceity of CEO's. take this example, there was a guy who ran home depot practiclly into the ground, service sucked and the stores were awful. he is now the CEO of Chrysler. that would be the equivelant of a pilot running his plane off the runway, setting it on fire and then blowing it up. and then having another airline say "good job, we want you to come fly our planes"

Yeah the guy made around 250 million dollars after he left in 2005 or 2006. Its a bunch of corrupt crap..
