Re: Tactical C4 conference 2011
Maybe a little related but I had the "privilege" a few months ago to represent NGCSU at the WestPoint National Ethics Conference (to be honest it was more of a punishment). One thing one of the delegates asked the senior leaders there (a student asked the VPs of Lockheed Martin and Boeing who were both in attendance) what the next step in defensive weapon systems was. I think it was the Lockheed guy that said that they were currently working on satellite vs. satellite weapon systems, but remained rather vague about it. Makes you wonder, if they are making satellites that can shoot down other satellites, do they have satellites in orbit that can engage ground targets? (Other than with nuclear weapons I mean)
