Wheres my GBBR guys at? have a question about the bolt catch

so on the bolt catch in the g&p m4 im working on there is a nub that the hammer hits and in turn the nub hits the mag to release gas to fire. is that nub/pin whatever you wanna call it supposed to have a return spring on it? when i remove the mag and go to put another one in i have to reach up into the gun and push it back or when i put the mag in it just dumps gas. any ideas?

You need a new bolt catch assembly, or just a new firing pin. The spring is either worn down or non existent.

Its a brand new gun. Its the challenge kit.I assembled and test fires two mags. Hope evike will cover it

Have you siliconed it well? When you buy a brand new gbb/r you need to make sure you silicone it well in the needed areas.

thats the only thing i didnt oil. il give it a shot

thanks man. i had to replace the spring. it was MANGLED. looked like a tractor trailer ran it over. works like a charm now

one more for you. assuming you built yours. i dont have a crono and im trying to figure out which nozzle is the low pressure one. there are two. one should be 400 one 450. one has 1 line on the inside the other has 3. do you know which is which?

they look exactly the same.one just has 3 ridges and the other has just one. il try to get a pic tonight. i broke my camera so il see about borrowing one when i get home
