Carrier? You could check out Camelbak's "Armorbak". It is designed to be a little wider/shorter to give it a lower profile, so it is easier to wear in a vehicle. It clips on to the back of a PC/IOTV. There is also the "Thermobak". This one has shoulder straps and also has the ability to attach directly to your PC/IOTV.
