Alright as Head Ref / Admin for the day I would like to hear everybody's opinion on it.

For me I learned some lessons for the next OP.
    1. Setup generals for each team so somebody takes control.
    2. Have some kind of marking system in place to further balance teams.
    3. Give all briefings from note cards, so that my stage fright doesn't come into play.

    What went good.
    1. Everybody I talked to said they had fun.
    2. Found a new field to hold OP's at.
    3. Got to meet some players I had never met before, in the same vien got some players out that have never played outdoors or at an OP.

Please let me hear the good and the bad here guys.

    I had a blast
it was great to get out and play. the field was a good mix of cover and natural terrain.
for a first run at an op it went better than some of the veteran ops I have played.
all in all knowing what I know now. If I went back in time to Friday, I would get up Saturday morning and play it again.
    good job rock
    thanks

I had a really good time. I was happy my DMR was working well. It was good to play at a different field and support a buddy, and the sport. Keep it up.

    AAR comments:

Tan (Multicam) won because of communication. Simple.

Players seemed to be pretty evenly matched in numbers and quality. We just had so many radios it was easy to follow the action and counter anything Green tried to do. When more players start to realize that commo is a fantastic Force Multiplier, larger games will get more...tense. Until then, I like using my radio, and winning.
