#1-have something reflective so you can look around a corner before you decide to go in
#2-stay away from windows if possible
#3-make sure doors don't lock when you shut them

The windows one is probably one of the most important one. It was probably the #1 way i died was shot through a window. You just don't expect it.

we set up an ambush in the lunge room and the door to outside locked and the iraqi forces couldnt get in, so we had to open the door for them :p
