    Well I have been busy again . . .
After what we have experienced with airsoft this year I guess the ideal face protection has been my ongoing desire. It has led to this:

    Pics removed during Patent process.

Right now it is designed to clip into FlakJak goggles. It will be produced in other goggle formats, colors and styles if demand dictates. The prototypes will be shown at the Airsoft Convention in NC this weekend and we will see where the interest leads.
The website is under construction and military/leo models are under development for higher levels of protection without added weight. The ultimate goal is to provide a lightweight facial protection piece which can be added to any goggle system for LEO/Operator usage. The intended function is to provide heightened protection AND anonymity where needed in a way that a balaclava is just unable to achieve in the field OR in the training environment!
Stay tuned . . . the initial testing has been VERY promising!

    Pics removed during Patent process.

Hopefully they will fill a niche for airsoft and LEO/Operator use.
Should be able to make a few more this weekend by hand as we get ready for production.
Pricing waterjet cutting and platen molding now as well as plastic types.
Lots to do including finalize the patent application, check costs of platen production for injection molding, produce accessory forms, etc.!

Black should be $15, OD or Coyote $17 and digicam $20 for now . . .
As quantity orders increase and ABS injection becomes a possibility, I should be able to lower the price a bit.

    Pics removed during Patent process.

Airholes are an easy add . . .
have not finalized the right pattern yet
Since the final versions on this material will be cut by waterjet, the airholes will be programmed in to the cut sequence. (Very breathable without them though.)
The original proto had air vents . . .

BB fragments are now the problem? Idk what would happen if they got into your mouth but just throwing the idea out there. Looks like the mask was taking some solid hits. what were you shooting it with? and what range or are those not bb marks.

Those are 396fps hits at 8 feet!
About 100 rounds full auto . . . the texture of the material tears the BB apart leaving the skid marks you see . . .
Repeated direct six foot impacts at the same area did manage to produce a crack though.

On Sat. I PU my new Breacher face mask. This mask is far superior that any mask I have ever tried.
It is designed to clip into a pair of Flakjak goggles with the nose guard on the outside of the goggles. This prevents any fogging of the plastic lenses in the Flakjaks. I ran with it all day and did NOT have one fogging issue what so ever. This product puts the "Iron Face" mask to shame (I own an Iron Face also)as the "Breacher" does NOT dig into the bridge of your nose. The light weight design is quite comfortable and it is easy to talk and breath through. There is also a design to fit into ESS Goggles. The Masks for now come in four colors, OD, CB, Black, and Digicam but he is working on mass production and system to make these masks available in any pattern you like. These masks were a big hit at the Expo in NC but he only had Demos to display at the time. If he would have had 50, he would have sold them all.

I am not part of this Project what so ever and I just wanted to Plug a Great product so that other Airsofters may benefit from its value. His web site is still under construction but will be up and running soon http://breacherproducts.com/ If you would like to contact him now and order yours you can reach him at breacherproducts@yahoo.com
