Yes the pants are a little big.
I understand the reasoning of the scope, the range is about 200 yards and the scope is just right. So it may look the scope is too big but it is actualy perfect.

Not trying to be a d*ck, mostly offering constructive criticism, but your MARSOC kit isn't very "MARSOC". At best you could say MARSOC/Marine inspired, but not a full on MARSOC kit. If you want help building an actual MARSOC kit, I'd be happy to oblige.
