ZombieFest 4 - 10/20/12

Back again on the South side!
The one and only ZombieFest airsoft game hosted by AIRDOG Airsoft!
This year will be another great game with new props and awesome night play!



Date: Saturday, 10/20/2012
Time: 5:00 PM ~ 10:00 PM
Location: AIRDOG Combat Zone, 1240 Old Corinth Rd., Newnan, GA 30263
Cost : $20
Uniforms: Uniforms are required for this event!
Military: Modern military camo patterns. (ACU, Marpat, Multicam)
Zombies: All other patterns / wear (civilian, black, tan, OD, Woodland)
Safety: 420 FPS max. for AEGs, 550 max. for semi auto sniper rifles (with 0.20 g BBs)
Red kill rags are required! Red glow sticks required for night play!

ZOMBIEFEST 4 will be a mini 5 hour airsoft scenario featuring the entire ACZ field in play.
Zombie players are encouraged to dress in full zombie wear (with proper eye protection).
AIRDOG will have the 4th annual airsoft zombie costume contest and a prize raffle.
The first 100 Pre-registered players will be entered in a raffle for the Airsoft Gun give away!

The past Zombie Fest have been really fun! I encourage you all come out you'll have a blast. I say its the best airsoft zombie event!

Question for this, I sent you a message and got no reply, may i rock my DPM and British soldier loadout and fight with the US Military guys. I got a the correct camo, and a pretty accurate loadout.

Today is Zombie fest at ACZ from 5pm-10pm. We will be giving away a KWA CQR M4, Magpul slings, Magpul CTR stocks, Gift certificates, Elite Force BB's and a CYMA ACU M14 for best zombie costume.

I will be there with my youngest playin' for the ZOMBIES!!!!!!

The Boys and me had a great time! It was good to see some of the Vet's I haven't seen in too long (that's my bad).
The Zombies I was around where great, called their hits, obeyed the rules, and didn't have potty mouths. Way to show great sportsmanship.
LT thanks for stepping out of play to handle the conflict with the foul mouthed wussey on the road behind the creek. You handled that very well. I hear that same guy cursing out a reff at there base from the tree line. I hope he was kicked out but IDK.
RIP that was fun sweeping flank we got to do up the creek to the tree line. then we camped about 300' from the base and just shut them down on that side while the other guys moved up from the town to blow the base the first time. Thought it was funny how we were debating can go down and bunker tag it or just how we could take it. good to meet ya BTW.
watching Alex take out half of the humans on there side of the corn was cool. Glad you was on my side the time, I've been on the wrong end of that gun before.
A few of my moments out there;
My dumbest; walking up to a bunker all John Wayne at night and having LT open up on me. I hit the deck thinking how in the world I didn't get hit and not return fire while he pulls the pistol to finish what his empty mag didn't do. LOL

My embararssing; Thinking the creek bank was sloped and walking out onto air, dropping 6'-7', then having 3-4 flash lights on me as I'm flat on my back in the creek bed. I hear dang dude you ok? I was thank God I didn't get hurt, not even a scratch or soreness today.

My scariest; Creeping along the creek bank in the water at night and having a HUGE musk rat jump out and into the water just inches in front of me. Bout crapped my pants, but then I didn't know where he went from there. yeah that was worriesome.

My proudest; Watching my son take the moral high ground time after time out there. Even gently correcting anther player at one time quote "wrong for wrong is still wrong" the much older player "your right little man" then correcting his actions. good stuff from both ppl right there.

2 best;(1) working with the boys up the creek at night. Letting Luke take the lead and make all the tactical decisions. We were silent for at least 20min uesing only hand signals. sneaking past many human players to flank them. by the time we got out of the creek to engage them from behind that part of the game was called. We didn't get to engage any tango's, but for some reason that was a highlight for me. just working with the boys.
(2) winning the costume contest. Then M-14 is awsome! Luke has been wanting one for some time now.

my worst; getting the fake blood on everything! We spent the whole afternoon cleaning the guns and gear. The van looked like crime scene. lol It was all worth it.

Good vid Alex. I was in the group at the bridge. I am the one walking in the background shooting. I guess it was you that got me once here. Came back to the same spot hoping the team had pushed up. Nope. Shortly after I got back, a bunch of Zombies came up the road and started yelling surrender. It's on your vid. I was hidden in the shadow of a tree. I waited for them all to bunch up and shot them up. They thought it was other Zombies shooting them. Devon (sp?) saw the tracers coming out of the shadow and lit me up good. I think there may have been 15-20 of us all right there. Plenty of "dead" to get behind.
