Which Camouflage do you like the most?

Multicam, just straight up do to its versitility.

Cleaned and corrected, don't bash.

Multicam/Digi X = win

MARPAT = semi win

Everything else = fail

BDU is a pattern? Also what about 3 color desert, 6 color desert, M81 woodland, DDC, etc.?

Anyways I will say MARPAT/Multicam.

Does it really matter whether he put all camoflage patterns known to man, or just the most popular. BDU is a cut, but by many, is the name for the US M81 4 Color Woodland pattern as the US 6 Color Desert patterned uniform is commenly called DBDU (Desert Battle Dress Uniform).


BTW I just found out that the 173rd Airborne Infantry Brigade will be using Multicam during their next deployment in Afghanistan. AND the 75th Ranger Regiment is considering switching to Multicam prematurely.

And I know the son of the RSM of the 75th Ranger Regiment (CSM Chris Hardy), and he said that his dad was trying to get Washington's approval for Multicam, which now that I see the 173rd is getting it, I'm sure the 75th got it.

THe army is getting a new camo for Afghanistan(not doing away with acu),i have a few articles on it if anybody wants them.

Voted MultiCam. Its the only camoflouge that is truly very versatile.

yeah but the only thing is its got white all over it and my father who was in the military taught me that white shouldn't be on your uniform

Please remember that MultiCam was designed by professionals who have been at the buisness of military warfare for years, and therefor may have more insight as to using white in uniforms than a single soldier. Also remember that U.S. SOCOM is readily adopting Multicam, and probably have more insight as to why the "white" doesnt threaten the integrity of the camoflouge than pretty much anyone else.

yeah and there also probley being paid to wear lol..

I have a couple pictures of US Socom forces wearing multicam in country.


@Bulldog, I would pic Multicam over ACU, ABU, BDU, or MARPAT any day.

Thats great for you and look i don't hate multicam im just a little courious of its powers in camouflaging. and pm those pics of socom... I want to see them.

I can guarantee you no soldier in such a dangerous profession would ever take "getting paid to wear faulty camo" over getting shot in the chest cause they were spotted.

Are you kidding me? Paid to wear Multicam? I know lots of people who would rather use multicam or Digi X over any of those other patterns.

You also have to consider what that would do for CryePrecision, makers of multicam. They spend lots of money making multicam, developing it, marketing it, then isntead of selling it, they pay people to wear it? That means they make no money, instead, they only spend money. Buisness ethics 101 = The purpose of your product is to make an income. You dont produce a product so that you can pay everyone to wear it.

Digi-X= No....it doesn't work as good as Multicam....well at least the pattern at Ranger Joes doesn't....theres too much white. I played against a guy wearing it, it wasn't as bad as ACUs, but it wasn't good.

Digi X after some use is pretty good Jimmy, once it gets some mud and dirt on it to cover up the white.
