Hey, Trunkmonkey here.

Hey guys, I live in kennesaw. I am 16 name my name is chandler. I like shooting real guns(have alot), backpacking, camping, hunting, fishing. I really haven't played airsoft that much lately, haven't had the time. I mainly will use my PTW. I am more of a milsim type guy. I plan on playing at OP freedom in a few weeks. I know firby and a few others here. I play at GT and athens sometimes, thats if I have the time.

What's you favorite place you've been backpacking/hiking? Mine would definitely half to be the Grand Tetons... took a hike up a glacial canyon up there last summer. Snowed off and on the whole time. A close second would have to be Fiery Furnace at Arches NP. If you havent ever been out there, you've got to go. The landscape is simply bizzare and amazing. Just don't get lost, it's huge and like a maze, and topo maps are pretty much useless.

In a way I wish you never signed up! Now I know what a Systema PTW is!!!!! As I watch the videos and read the spec's I'm drooling!! Forget the Real Sword SVD!

I'm having a hard time not ordering one!!! Of course if I did, it may be the last airsoft gun I ever buy! Not because it's the greatest gun, but because my wife might kill me!!!

You could always get a Celcius, I've heard decent things about them.

Not really, they have had some issues. The second gen ones are improved but still not the best.


PTWs are not meant for airsoft, they are training weapons that shoot 6mm bbs. So systema didnt focus on the playing part of it. I use one as its so real. KAC RAS, LMT sopmod stock, real steel upper, some other USGI parts. Worth the money? For me yes but really it get out preforms by alot of upgraded AEGs. But it still is awesome.
