Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 or Halo 3

Ok guys Ive always known people to argue about which game is better... but what is the better game to you and why is it better? ie. graphics

i havnt really played either. im a nintendo fan. but i just got home from babysitting some kids that had an xbox and i played both with them. i had more fun playing the halo. i liked the ability to have guests online and the creative weapons and vehicles and stuff.

There is no competion,halo sucks cod ftw.

well for graphics call of duty takes the cake.

online multiplayer is a rough competition. Halo does have have forge which makes it the best for custom games/private online games but call of duty has the best online multiplayer. CoD has killstreaks now and those are definitely pretty neat.

Halo has the best story between the two. CoD does have a compelling story though and I'm looking forward to the 3rd installment in the Modern warfare series. Halo has a great story and one game leads to the next, with the exception of halo odst and the upcoming halo reach.

After Halo: Reach comes out i'm gonna drop Modern Warfare for awhile and play Halo instead. This one will be better because it will have Spartans in it but still no Master Chief (bummer).

i went with MW2... but you cant really compare the two.. Ive always loved halo

I'll give MW2 for the realism.

But I will always like the quick arcade action of Halo 3.

MW2 sucks as my opinion is the worst game. But prefered over halo 3

MW2 is better until i get so pissed at it I have to go into a dormant state. Halo 3 is ok just no one plays it anymore, personnally i vote gta 4 the best because of its most realism and it just being the coolest game. lol

i like Halo3 better because
1. i suck at COD maybe cause i never owned a game haha
2. Story is way better and its all ties together in the end but like harris said.... ODST went in a whole different direction.
3. The online for Halo 3 is just fun. Ive always enjoyed it... maybe cause i was better than most? idk... while COD ive been cursing my heart out... Harris knows this haha

Dont get me wrong, I love COD... just Halo grabed me from the start and i have always enjoyed it

FYI its not called Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare 2....

COD tried to go too serious. At least with Halo in the story line you have the excuse of "its a game based in the future on a cyborg gene-enhanced space marine", while CODs completely fantastical missions and unrealism have the excuse of "The Most Realistic Combat FPS This Year!"

Halo 3 is better in my opinion, I never liked CODMW2, but I loved COD3 on live, just Halo is that much more fun, the maps are awesome, the weapons are nice, but the graphics aren't as nice as COD.

if your on hardcore it takes 1-2

Its just messed up yea halo does take more shots but you would expect that not in mw2
