KWA m4a1 - Harris, you broke it

Harris, it's not a motor problem. your gearbox was locked up and lowering the motor only made the grinding sound.
You will need a new KWA spur gear. the shaft is broken on it. unfortunately, i don't think they are TM compatible.
it's not going to be ready for Op Venom.

your friend needs to order a spur gear from KWA, i think it's around $20. have him order it and send it over. i don't want to order stuff for other people. i'm not sure of their warranty. first check to see if they will replace it. btw, was he running an 11.1v LiPo on it?

nope he was running a 7.4. he said he didn't want to. he doesn't play very much any more. can you just put it back together and give it to me at Venom? thanks for looking at it for me.

nah, i was seeing when a good time to pick my gun up is, I'm gonna sell some stuff, get my loadout back together and start playing again.

I have a Guarder spur gear in my KWA m4 and it works perfect.

i dropped in a spare spur gear and it required too much modding to shim correctly. not worth the effort.

Harris, your SR-25 needs a new trigger switch assembly. i sanded down the carbon buildup but there's not much material remaining for a good contact. my m4 spare is shorter than the A&K one. you really need a mosfet with that LiPo. airsoft atlanta webstore is down at the moment. i might go up there tomorrow to get some bb's.

I know Reed said he has been making mosfets all weekend. Im sure he has one he can sell you.

how much is the assembly going to cost me?

i haven't searched the websites yet. it's not the same as an m4 so more search is needed. i'm putting that on the side so i can get my AEG's ready for op venom.

ask airsoft atlanta for the echo 1 416 wiring harness its 6 dollars I beleive and just re solder wires on it. Thats what I use when I have to get new contacts and just solder new wire to it
