Which do you guys think is better? And do bearings REALLY make that big of the difference?

6mm bearings=suck, dont use them
7mm bearings=decent, dont use a heavy spring on them
8mm bearings=good, can handle practically anything
Bushings are basically indestructible, since they have no moving parts, bearings are finicky, they can add a little rof (5-15%) but there are better things you can upgrade.
If it comes with 7mm+ bearing thats just dandy

I perfer bearing over bushings. My favorites are the Kanzen 7mm Ceramic
