Nice gun. The E1/JG G36c is definitely one of the hottest MPEGs on the market right now.
But go to airdog next time

Re: My new gun!!!!
Thanks guys!
We continue to be impressed with the JG / Echo1 G36.
During the chorono today, one of the rental guns shot near 400 FPS with 0.20.
Yeah, I know it sounds strange for a base JG / Echo1 G36....but true!

You fail. You dont have to pay ship if you buy from Airdog and your more then likely to get fixed for free then from airsoftgi... I would cancel your order.

Re: My new gun!!!!
I agree, buying local is great, and if there is any price difference, it's still worth it.
As far as the Echo1, it's a good gun for the price, and I'm still impressed with the quality of the gun for a cheap price.
Are you planning on doing any upgrades?

AH HA another one that got FREE shipping but NOT free handling! GI has screwed me over to many times for me to ever order from them again and they would rather just cancel your order then admit they made a mistake or take care of the issue!
I once paid for 2 day delivery and after 5 days (placed my order on a Saturday and they didnt process my order until Thrusday) I got the email from them saying my order was being processed! I called and they said the only way I could get it by friday (which was the next day) was to upgrade to next service but I would have to pay for that! I totally thought that was BS I ordered it on saturday, paid for 2 day service and had I not canceled my order I would have gotten it on Monday 9 days after my order was placed. ALSO the order was in stock! they just drag you through the dirt!

Re: My new gun!!!!
Here's what i would to put in it eventually:
Piston
Piston Head
A PDI 6.01 247mm Precision barrel
Motor
Spring
Gears
Hey whats Airdog's FPS limit..... because if I upgrade I do not want to put a spring that will put me over the fps limit

Re: My new gun!!!!
I'm not a big fan of Systema gears. I had them in my Mp5 and there toast now. I have the modify modulars, and they're great, although I'm not sure if they can fit in the Echo1 G36C. What version gearbox is it?
I know Modify just released a new set of gears that you can put in more clones, and if they're anything like the ones I have in my Mp5, they'll rock your socks off (and there super quiet.)
*Edit*
They should work in the Echo 1 from what I'm reading. If they fit in a JG, I think the echo1 will be alright..
Plus you don't have to shim them, ever. And the anti-reversal latch has this nifty noch in it that makes decompressing the spring a breeze
Oh, and the PDI barrels are freakin great. I love the one I have!

I can attest to getting your parts at airdog! I just bought a buttload of parts for my G36 from them and they spanked everyone else on parts prices!

Re: My new gun!!!!
We can generally beat most other companies prices like Airsoft GI. As tinman said I quoted him a price on his upgrades that saved him about 80.00 compared to GI and about 80.00 or 90.00 cheaper than airsoft atlanta. We can get all those parts that you listed and have a few of them in stock I think. I know we have a systema magnum short.
I agree with the earlier people that the systema gears BLOW!

Yeah, ASGI is really, really slow. And I never could get them to respond to an email...Rhino wrote:

Anyway, I once ordered an item from them that was in-stock on November 12, and I didn't get it until the 29th.

BTW, I just played against one of these E1 G36c's on Sunday, and I got a chance to handle it. It really surprised me that it was a stock Echo 1.

Here it is in all its Glory!@!@!@ I just took the gun apart to get a feel of how you do it and it went off without a hitch!( I'll get into the mechbox later with some expert help) I added the red dot and front grip.
