anyone have any experience with the AGM Full Metal Scar? It says shoots around 400 stock, full metal, and my last gun was an AGM stubby, i loved it. I was wondering if anyone knows any pros/cons of these guns?

The AGM gearboxes are nice. I have shot the scar but bought the AGM M16 . . . great gun for the money . . . Evike has a HUGE deal on the Scar right now.

Thanks tinman! Yea i noticed evikes sale, thats what made me ask. I may try to pick one up before op. freedom. Something tells me the Mp5 mags only holding 200 shots is gonna get old very fast. haha. although i love the gun, maybe a cmag for it would be beneficial.
the scar sure does look awesome though.

They are not full metal, no scar is unless you pay like $200 extra for it,it has a plastic lower reciever.
And there is a small pieace of plastic that keeps the stock from folding, you could always just keep it folded or super glue it shut.
Mine has already broken once, so you will definately need to pick up some spare hinge parts.
But other than all that it is an over-all great gun.

yea, just like an MP5, or a G36, not full metal on the real steel. What it means by "Full Metal", is the parts that are metal on the real deal are metal on the airsoft version. Correct me if im wrong but thats what i have noticed.

Yep. The lower on the FN is polymer. Most modern real-steels are being made with polymer lowers, if not completely out of polymer. Most of the new polymers are just as durable but a lot lighter than metal.{TxS}Steve-o wrote:yea, just like an MP5, or a G36, not full metal on the real steel.
