Then US it is, so guessing all of IC can go, ill ask Rhino and get him to go also. That way we can be five strong.

Re: Operation: Red Tide
There are requirements for all non-woodland BDU.
Woodland BDU is the "generic uniform" and can be worn on either side. However, if you want to wear anything else you will need to choose a side. Also, note that we will be using armbands as well to identify the factions.
Be sure you preregister. We will not be accepting payments at the gate.

Chronoing is the hard thing to accomodate.
Umm.. Is it possible that you can let one of your team mates take your guns and chrono for you? We can't let a gun onto the field without it being tagged.

Not really... I'll be using a Tokyo Marui shotgun, which can't really be upgraded past any FPS limits.

Re: Operation: Red Tide
I just wanted to send out a reminder that the $25 preregistration is closing on Sunday, September 20th. You need to preregister BEFORE Monday, September 21st at 12:00 AM if you would like to receive the extra benefits such as the t-shirt, patch, etc.
Standalone admission registration for both Friday and Saturday ($15) will remain open through the day before the event. This means you should at least register for admission BEFORE Tuesday, October 2nd at 12:00 AM.
Remember, we won't be accepting walk-on payments so be sure to register ASAP. By registering first you are securing your slot in the event. By waiting to register, you are risking losing that slot.

Re: Operation: Red Tide
Due to uncontrollable circumstances, we have been forced to reschedule the event for October 23rd-24th. The times and other aspects of the events will remain the same. The only thing we are changing is the date. To reflect these new dates, $25 preregistration deadline has been pushed to October 12th and the $15 registration deadline has been pushed to the 22nd.
If you have an issues or questions, feel free to email admin@swampbrigade.org or send me a private message.

if age 14, you must bring a parent or relative sponsor over the age of 18 (must stay on site the entire duration of the event)

Re: Operation: Red Tide
Alright guys, here's the deal:
You can still preregister the $25 fee up until 12:00 am Monday OCT 12.
$15 fee can be preregistered up until the day before.
ALSO we will be allowing walk-ons to the field as well. Walkon fee will be $15 and you will not get any of the extras. The bad thing about this is that we have to register you at the gates and all that jazz. So please, if you can, preregister to save us all some hassle.

Re: Operation: Red Tide
Within the past week to week and a half we have had several teams drop out of commitments to come. In addition, our concessions vendor has had a tragic accident and is unable to attend.
With these happenings, we project event attendance to be below acceptable levels that are required to make what we feel to be a good event. Essentially, we are canceling the event, rescheduling, and reinvesting both our time, money, and creativity to make an even better event in the future.
What does this mean?
Some of you may feel that your money and time were wasted. Don't worry, we feel that way too so you are not alone. To help the situation to the best of our abilities, we will continue to hold an airsoft skirmish at the same location. This will be unorganized and essentially a get together along with some skirmish style games. Friday night camping is still available and welcome. There is not a charge for this skirmish. We will still be enforcing the same rules and regulations as well. However, there is a slight change in the schedule:
Friday:
Gates open -- 2:00pm
Saturday:
Gates open -- 9:00am
Gates close -- 4:00pm
Now, some of you still may not be satisfied and are wondering where your money is going now that Red Tide has been canceled. Here's the deal:
1. You can ask for a refund and we will refund you.
2. You can keep your registration status and it will apply to our next event, regardless of the next event's pricing.
If you need a refund, please drop us an email at admin@swampbrigade.org
