I believe all is the same, just a flashlight requirement. You must have one on you, doesn't mean you have to use it (if im correct).

No chono changes for night play are planned.
The same rules and MEDs will apply.
Players hit at night will need to light their flash light, don their kill rag and either....wait for a medic or return to the kill box.
We will have a player briefing before the night play commences.
