It seems vague in my memory, but I think I recall someone on this forum being a carpenter. I am in need of some carpentry, I need a 3foot Tab (like the ranger tab) with the word AGGRESSOR carved into it (I need the word to be coming out of the wood, as in, the text is raised , as well as the border of the tab). Can anyone out there help me out?

You'd probably need some cnc work for it to look good and that will probably be a pretty penny.

Actually, a good friend of mine has a family member who is a carpenter... I'll ask her for the information.
