It says this is the 64th Expeditionary Rescue Squadron of the USAF....... They are all in multicam.......

    Comments/reasoning? Anyone know why?

The US Airforce PJs, JTACs, and other AF special operation forces ALONG with USSF have been using multicam for a while now.

The US Army 75th Ranger Regiment and the 173rd Airborne Brigade will soon begin are now using Multicam in deployments to Afghanistan (Thank God).

Most regular services have their equipment regulated from the top down. However special forces have much more latitude for their equipment and most units have their own equipment budgets, allowing them to pretty much use whatever they want. In fact you'll see a lot of special forces in Iraq and Afghanistan wearing civis and driving civi vehicles.
