A microphone so I can record stuff on the piano. A friend of the family passed away a few years back and his wife gave me and my brothers about $4k worth of recording equipment, but no microphones.

And lastly, many pairs of wool socks.

My pie-in-the-sky wish is a grand piano. The one I've got now is an upright piano from the 80's that we got for free. None of the pedals were working when we got it and half the heads were falling off. I invested many hours into repairing the thing (we had to hire someone to tune it, however), so there's some sentimental value there, but at the same time, it really doesn't play very well.

Man that reminds me I really need some new boots as well. I hope Santa can fit that grand in his sleigh.
