Can't it's not legal in Georgia to shoot a full auto gun, and you couldn't do rapid fire either, or 2 tap.

It is legal, you just have to have the right license and all that good stuff. And if it doesnt shoot full-auto isnt it an AR-15? (not criticizing, just thought it was)

In Civilian terms, yes, because the Semi-Auto variant is very popular in the civilan AR-15 market. In military or LE term, not nessisarily, the M16 is an AR-15 but it can shoot full-auto or burst.

On to the Full-Auto question of legallity.

To Class 3 dealers, YES they are legal. If you don't have a Class 3 Weapons License, NO they are NOT legal. Certian ranges have certian rules, so this range may not allow the use of full-auto.

    Ehhh no.

A AR-15 is a civilian variant of the M4/M16. It has a 16 inch or longer barrel. They are also only semi auto(like you said).

To acquirer NFA items(Silencer, Auto, SBR, SBS, DD)there are a few things and ways you can do it. You have to fill out the paper work. After doing some other stuff and waiting a few months you get the stamp(costs 200) and the item is in your name or in your trust fund. Thats only to transfer one item.

So you do not have to have a 'class 3' license. Its just some paper work and 200 then some waiting time.

Its illegal to own a non registered full auto weapon. And 'just getting full auto parts and putting them in' is easier said than done. Its not like you buy some parts and its done. A auto sear for a AR sells for over 12k.

Once again another bright idea!... Ehhh maby not.

First off you dont have to have a license, People please if you know know what you have to do to get a class III item please stop posting all this wrong info.

And is having that auto weapon really worth the risk of 250,000.00 fine, and up to 10 years in prison really worth it?

Guys start your own thread if you want to argue about the morality or intelligence of modifying a weapon for full auto.

Now back on topic, what were all the guns you got to shoot, Sean?
