ChiliMac, then put it Jalapeno cheese spread, then heat until everything is nice and melted. Take crackers and crush them up and put them into the mix. Mix around, and eat with spoon. Better than a restaurant 
Maybe not but still pretty good. Worst thing to get in an MRE (other than Veggie Omelette) would have to be the Beef Patty for me (idk why, the patty and mashed potatoes just...I dont like it, not saying I wont eat it).

pound cake, basically any kind of pastries.
Cheese and vegtable omlet = worse than taco bell meat
beef patty isn't too bad, tastes like spam.

Chilli Macaroni is IMO the best, followed closely by Beef Stew.
Paul, I was backpacking for a couple days over Christmas break, and I did that thing with the Chilli Mac you were talking about. I think you told me about it at Pinnacle. Man, it was good.

The boys and I will be dining on MRE's this weekend. I have about 2 cases worth. 1 case is not even opened yet. I saw a loose one last night...SLOPPY JOE....yummy. Spaghetti is really good. I miss the old pound cake, the one that looked like it was made of wax. I also miss the Chow Mein. I have not seen it in a few years.

yeah when my father was still in the Air Force he would bring home MREs and I whip them out and eat them all the time!

Spaghetti is good! I haven't had chow mein, but it doesn't sound very appetizing. haha. I may be wrong. MRE Chow Mein just doesn't sound to thrilling.
The crackers are always good. with cheese spread. mmmmm.

Honestly I don't think I've eaten an MRE, maybe one when I was little but I don't remember it.

Chili Mac is good.
Tuna is meh. Best part about it though is the chocalate Peanut butter Icing (Basically nutella) Spread that on the crackers or Pita bread.
One of them comes with M&Ms, cant remember which one off the top of my head. I think it was chicken salsa or something.
Beef patty and the veggie patty are not bad. But the slab of spam in between 2 slices of pita bread and spread the barbecue sauce over it. Its not great but its not bad.
The Tortellini is really good, def one of my favs to get.
The sloppy joe is pretty sweet. You can just eat that right out of the packet while on the move, no need for a spoon or anything.
Most of the drink mixes are not bad, although its hard to enjoy a warm strawberry milkshake. The fruit mixes could use some more suger cus they are pretty bland if you ask me. You gotta use the beverage bag for them too cus they make the insides of canteen or camelbak sticky.

Just got home from a family dinner at Carrabas....and then I read about......Clam Chowder.....Veggie Omlette......I think I wanna hurl...........

Dude you know I am SO down for that. I promise I will still out eat anyone in terms of nasty food, even veggie omelette/clam chowder. We should do a speed contest, one packet ClamChowder, one packet Veggie Omelette, both cold. Whoever finishes first wins, hurling = disqualification. Anyone else down?
