Well, couldn't Captain America use his shield to make resonant noise? That would stop venom from doing pretty much anything. If not, I would say Venom, Cpt. America has that shield which gives me impenetrable defense from the front, but Venom can attack from all sides at once, even under and above you, so thats nulled out.

I don't think that Captain America could make the kind of sonic waves that it takes to weaken the symbiote. I would also give the edge to Venom also due to Captain America not having "super" anything (save for skin tight spandex). I don't know anything about Jack Bauer but I'm sure that Bruce Willis could destroy him simply because he was willing to sacrifice himself for Ben Affleck at the end...
