I coulnd't agree more. I highly doubt you'll even find a single person in GA selling that vest in OD. First off, its a pretty new design, so whoever in GA ordered it probably just got it, none the less youd need the correct color, cutting your chances down by 1/3, and then youd need to the person to be willing to sell it.
