I am swapping outer barrels and need to take off the rail, before I go scratching it up I thought I would ask ya'll how its done, this is mainly towards trent or russel, but anybody who knows is free to chime in.

I know there are bunch of allen screws that need to come loose on the gasblock, as long as you get the gas block off and the chrome rod that travels through the rails then you can twist the ring off the end of rail and it just slides off after that.

once you get the gas block off i think you just unscrew the rail kit with the big ring looking thing at the back of the rail kit.
