Just a few comments:
The bandoleer, for "real world" stuff, to me, is more of a grab and goo kit. As in, oh crap, the cavity creeps are knocking on the door at 0200 and you need to grab something as you run out of your hooch. OR, you are doing vehicle ops then this could be your bail out bag.
A buddy that went to Iraq with me had a Wasatch, bigger version of the Weesatch. Talking to him, other guys that have used them, and lots of reading on forums, they are meant to have plates in them. If you are not doing that then plan on some sag. Other than that, it is an awesome piece of kit.
