Alright, thanks for your feedback. We're trying to get more interest in our local airsoft games and activities. We've been considering extending the game length.

Same here, I wouldn't be able to get a ride unless it was a little longer.

Also, for those that are not .mil or have the DOD sticker, you will have to go through the vehicle inspection (usually). Make sure you DO NOT have any real weapons. This field is located on Ft Benning. Even though Benning is an "open" Post, it is still a Military Reservation so all persons/vehicles are subject to search. It would also be a good idea to post a Strip Map for those not familier with where the field is. As an incentive to go play, several top end gear stores are located just off post on Victory Drive. RANGER JOES, US CAV, etc. so bring some cash, or better yet...plastic.

Depending on traffic it usually takes me about 60-90 minutes. Be aware...JOHNNY LAW is always out there.

Vehicles coming to the base who don't have a DoD sticker for Ft. Benning must get a visitor's pass from the visitor's center before you get to the gates. You must have your driver's license and registration. Everyone over 16 must have a valid ID. Your vehicles are not normally searched, but they do have random, full vehicle searches so be prepared just in case.

To get to the field you follow I-185 straight into Ft. Benning. After you go through the gate continue to go straight until you get to a traffic light, take a right and stay straight on Dixie Rd. You will see the field on the right (it has signs posted "Woodland Paintbal Area"), if you get to another light (a gas station is on your left), you've gone to far.

I just hope that I will be off, and that HH6 says it is ok for me to be gone again. She might have something called "chores" or "honey do's" planned. I have Drill the weekend before, so we shall see.
