Re: JG black m4 s-system
It's just standard JG Armalite internals.
I'd get a G&G Combat Machine M4 instead.

Re: JG black m4 s-system
The G&G is licensed. But the JG does already have a RIS system, and full metal body i believe. they also have M120 spring, high speed motor, and reinforced gear boxes installed.

Re: JG black m4 s-system
Wait, the JG i dont think is metal body, looks like plasitc. But on the flip side, for BIG BEN (my 11 year old brother), the lighter JG may do better. Besides, gotta love the 11 year olds shooting 410FPS.

Re: JG black m4 s-system
I wouldn't give any real thought to the fps claims for any gun. and the fps printed on the box will be completly wrong! ask around and see what has the best reputation. A peice of crap that shoots 400fps isn't even close to a really well built gun shooting 350fps out of the box. I'll take the quality 350fps every time.

Oh yea, but that JG has quality. As well as the G&G. i think they are both good looking guns!

Re: JG black m4 s-system
The JG V3 gearboxes (specifically the ones in the G36c's) are well made. But the JG V2 boxes are not.

Re: JG black m4 s-system
Oh.
Maybe they have come out with a new version then?
I know someone who had a JG M4 a while ago and it destroyed itself.
I'm gonna do a little research to see if there's a new version.
EDIT: Seems that there is a newer version.
But I'm still of the opinion that if you're going to get a clone, don't get one with a V2 gearbox. But maybe I'm just old-fashioned

I've got the S-Sys and I think it's nice. I haven't skirmished with it though, just messing around.

Re: JG black m4 s-system
The new JG M4 S System is supposed to be upgraded from JG with a M120 spring.
As Rhino stated, the JG M4 S we have chrono'd support the performance.

Re: JG black m4 s-system
that sucker has a nice punch! only complaint i have, plastic body. But for about 50-100$ you can take care of that. shoots way faster than my ICS that i have chunked alot of $$$$ into. Overall, a really well built gun. sturdy, and has a good ROF and extremely well FPS. we shot it in my basement, and you could hear the bb's zing after bouncing off the concrete walls. good gun.
