KWA KP8 NS2. Need to fix leaky mags...



Echo 1 G3. A few minor internal upgrades. Awaiting the arrival of a Systema CMB M120 drop-in gearbox. Tightbore and KWA 2G bucking and Echo 1 high-torque motor.

G3 looks really nice!

No joke! I'd love to have a g3.

They're a popular choice in the world of firearms, but I rarely see them in airsoft. I'm going to go with the Echo 1 plastic body to hold everything for now (creaks a little bit) and upgrade to a CA metal body in the future.

Thats the 2nd best looking G3 I have ever seen. Which kinda makes me want a G3 now...

I have to ask you, where did you get the rails for the optics for the G3???

I really didn't think I'd like one, but I really like the feel and range. What did the 1st best looking one look like? I'm curious.

However, careful with the screws. The screws are easy to mess up. It's sturdy now, but it takes patience.

So far I have liked Paul's G3 DMR the best (can't find a picture of it again). Starting to wonder if I should get a Metal G3 body and put my GB in it.

I already have a KWA M16 DMR, so this is more of an assault rifle.

I think the best option would be to go ahead and buy the Classic Army full-metal version and upgrade the internals. I heard the bodies are good except for the stocks breaking off at the metal to plastic (or polymer) interface from people slamming it to get the battery compartment open. However, I believe if you're smart enough, you can simply hold the stock while you remove the battery compartment to avoid any damage.

I'd just like to find one in stock somewhere.

tested effective range: 200 ft. can reach 230-250 with elevation
still need to replace stock tappet plate
replaced tappet plate spring with stronger spring
and replaced cutoff lever spring with weaker spring to prevent wear.

look under the term "mp5 claw mount"thats what most mp5 etc...mounts are called if i remember right.

Back-up gun, and may be another project. Added in a madbull blue and a m16 length barrel tightbore. We'll see how it goes on.
