If you look closely, you'll see my contractor's patch on the right sleeve pocket.Bulldog94 wrote:yeah really nice loadout. Look like a contractor...

The vest is a 1:1 copy of the Paraclete RAV made by Flyye Industries. In fact, the stitching on this one is actually BETTER than the real one. Weird, but good.firby911 wrote:Pantac rav in cb if I where to guess. Looks good bro.
I actually got the vest for a review that I published in the last issue of Tactical Airsoft Review Magazine. Vol. 2 Issue 3

Re: Show your load-out
Pantac and flyee are the same if you ask me,if you dont think so go to flyees and pantacs website and the products are identical. That being said pantac released a statement on i want to say airsoft canada that said something along the lines of flyee used to make the products for pantac in there factory then pantac started there own factory but flyee started there own brand but used pantacs desingn if that makes since.

Re: Show your load-out
Now, I'm usually not a fan of heavy, PC loadouts. I tend to gravitate more towards simpler rigs and whatnot. But I have to say, it looks nice. I think that the Armalite completes it. I like the CASV and the AW-style flashider. I saw an ad for that stock in Special Weapons, and I thought to myself, "That just looks like it would get in the way." Is it comfortable? Does it allow for a good cheek weld?

Re: Show your load-out
Although it looks looks it might be in the way, the lower section allows for a MUCH improved stock-weld in armor and without armor. It actually makes cheek-welds MUCH easier. I have been using a Tactical DuoStock since my last trip to Afghanistan back in 2004. I have to say, it makes target acquisition much easier and faster. I would even go as far as to say that it saved my hide in numerous firefights. It's probably the ugliest stock you'll ever see, but it's the last one you'll ever need.Admin wrote:I saw an ad for that stock in Special Weapons, and I thought to myself, "That just looks like it would get in the way." Re: Show your load-out
Contractor's are allowed to wear the U.S. Flag? Or is that just when they are contracted by the U.S. ? Or are you just wearing it on yours because it an airsoft pic and you wont get in trouble ?
And Twitch and Spectre, not going PMC with you guys after service. Sry

Yes, contractors are allowed to wear the U.S. Flag. Some companies don't due to the negative sentiments of some of the locals against the U.S. and it's policies. I wore mine with pride during my 6 months as a contractor.Aggressor Dog wrote:Contractor's are allowed to wear the U.S. Flag? Or is that just when they are contracted by the U.S. ? Do locals see it and assume that you are U.S. Military forces?

Don't know....didn't ask. I didn't wear a patterned uniform then....Khaki top w/ OD pants....it was obvious we weren't military. If not, then whatever. Wasn't a concern of ours, honestly.Aggressor Dog wrote:Do locals see it and assume that you are U.S. Military forces?

I see, very interesting, sure you have some good stories. So you planning on playing airsoft with us or do you play elsewhere?

Re: Show your load-out
Oh yeah.....when time allows, I'll be over to play. Right now, I'm just trying to get all the logistics and material sorted out from the takeover of USASOC Magazine. Having some software compatibility issues.Aggressor Dog wrote:I see, very interesting, sure you have some good stories. So you planning on playing airsoft with us or do you play elsewhere?
Back on topic: I'll have some pics of the new MTV up soon.

That would be me. Mr. Patrick Scott, C.E.O. / Chief Editor, Guardian Publications, LLC (USASOC The Magazine and Tactical Airsoft Review Magazine). That's for those of you who don't know me like Jimmy does.reconsniperga wrote:Yes it is. I guess that you may be Patrick Scott, another one of a handfull of Gear Enthusiests from the South.

I thought it may be you, but the whole Contractor discussion threw me off, I didn't know that you were a contractor.
