yeah ..that's it....ICS basically formalized the conversion that people have been doing for years now with the Hudson GBB...with a MP40 style mech/motor combo and the battery stored in the rear of the receiver...looks to be a really good point and shoot piece for CQB..if you want something different... 
the ares design was just a non-starter sales wise with the battery in the mag...
what i can't wait for is the ICS m1 carbine aeg due out in the spring of next year...
