is this the one hwere they only have midcap or lowcap mags and the battery goes in the mag or something?

yeah ..that's it....ICS basically formalized the conversion that people have been doing for years now with the Hudson GBB...with a MP40 style mech/motor combo and the battery stored in the rear of the receiver...looks to be a really good point and shoot piece for CQB..if you want something different... the ares design was just a non-starter sales wise with the battery in the mag...
what i can't wait for is the ICS m1 carbine aeg due out in the spring of next year...
