Re: 250 acre feild?
But seriously if you are going to charge, you need to actually set up a business, actually have insurance, and be willing to spend immense amounts of time getting properly set up. Being you are not even 18 you can't do that. Seriously you face major lawsuit charging people to play on your property. One accident and it's over.

I am 18, my name is on the lease, and if you were to play you or your parents will be signing a liability waiver, I've thought about this for awile now, it wasn't something I just through together overnight.NJSC wrote:But seriously if you are going to charge, you need to actually set up a business, actually have insurance, and be willing to spend immense amounts of time getting properly set up. Ask any lawyer and a liability waiver when you don't have insurance isn't worth the paper it was written on.MSG Ridgeway wrote:I am 18, my name is on the lease, and if you were to play you or your parents will be signing a liability waiver, I've thought about this for awile now, it wasn't something I just through together overnight.NJSC wrote:But seriously if you are going to charge, you need to actually set up a business, actually have insurance, and be willing to spend immense amounts of time getting properly set up. Running an Airsoft field takes serious work. Airdog has gone through the process many times and you can ask them, its not as simple as you hope it to be. NJSC knows what he's talking about, there is a reason he is a MOD.

Re: 250 acre feild?
Before you even think about opening this field or place to play buy the land, get it insured, talk to the airdog folks for advice, and get a great lawyer. I know all about this stuff and NJSC is 100% right. He might be alittle mean but he is right.

Re: 250 acre feild?
NJSC is completely right. There are tons of liability issues when allowing others to pay and play a game like airsoft.

Yes they are right insurance is costly plus if you lease the land you don't own it and you leased it for hunting see off we play arsoft ob a field that's made for hunting there is a risk we could run game away or we could be playing in a field while people are hunting too Mich of a risk plus its in the middle of nowhere

Re: 250 acre feild?
I would honestly be interested in coming to play, but there is no way I would pay a fee. Like its been said before, its not legal in the first place. I still think a game here would be pretty sweet.

Why don't you have it when you aren't hunting?
And why do we need to meet in person?

Re: 250 acre feild?
lol and yes it's commitment, I miss school for the first few days of the rut. And no violence intended, we are all airsofters, sometimes with mild disagreements. Lol true admin true. But yes hunting and airsoft are my passions, and I've seen the buck, I'm just waiting to pounce. Plus I'm not much of a bow hunter but it's getting time to dust of the sks. This deer has it coming.Admin wrote:Poolees aren't allowed to act cocky.

Re: 250 acre feild?
people have no idea about the work and expense and grey hair trying to do something so other people they dont even know can have a good time and then want to <CENSORED> about a $20 field fee it cost $20 to go see a 2hour movie which is no where near as much fun and then you got these loosers who want to sue every one because they got hurt due to their stupidity there is a difference in you stepped in a hole and broke your ankle and lets say a 20ft high platform with a rotten floor the latter will get you sued in a hurry this is one good reason people who have property and the means to have a place for entertainment dont do itsuperchrisguy wrote:Running an Airsoft field takes serious work.
