Jaguar 12 Airsoft (Recruiting)

Jaguar 12 Airsoft is a team that’s likes to go all out when we partake in airsoft events and games, doing everything they can to ensure a victory. Teammates are subject to taking part in airsoft events ranging across all different types of terrain and weather conditions, and could last well over 10 hours and even last up to a week.

The team has taken this attitude given we have several sponsors we aim to impress, and we also tend to travel several hours to games that are sometimes out of state and sometimes out of the country. We don’t plan to put so much time and money into traveling just to end up getting our butts kicked. Having fun, being victorious, and showing our sponsors we got what it takes to complete our missions are our main goals.

Although the safety of all Jaguar 12 Airsoft members are most important to the team, members must show the ability to continue on with their mission objectives regardless of the circumstances they encounter, continuing to meet their objectives despite hunger, thirst, exhaustion, stress, and seemingly impossible missions they may face.

For safety reasons and to ensure that we don’t have anyone on the team who cannot meet our mental and physical demands, the team will not accept anyone who cannot keep up with the rest of the team.

Don’t be afraid of the recruitment process or feel that you would never be good enough to join Jaguar 12 Airsoft. Jaguar 12 Airsoft does not deny anyone the opportunity to join the team so long as they meet our requirements. Airsoft experience, race, sex, ethnic background, religious beliefs, financial situation, or sexual orientation does not have an impact on whether or not you can join Jaguar 12 Airsoft. Because of openness and acceptance involved with our society, Jaguar 12 Airsoft is considered one of the most socially diverse teams in the area.

Those looking to join Jaguar 12 Airsoft are subject to an intense recruitment process. This process is to ensure recruits can handle the physical and mental demands of the team. Recruits must pass each phase of the recruitment process. Only when they successfully complete this process will they become official members of Jaguar 12 Airsoft

environments depending on time of year recruits join the team)

Nope, its used so our sponsors can verify you are actually on the team. They'll have the serial numbers on file.

hey admin, can you delete this for us? we change the way we recruit. and most of this stuff is invalid now
