I have a M4 R.I.S. and I want to upgrade the internals (obivously.) i want a good RoF, M120,AB MOSFET ,6.03 Stainless barrel, and a Systema Turbo motor. Thats all I have planned so far. I want this thing to be a range/RoF/Accuracy beast. I am open to any suggestions. Thanks for all the help. (that I hope I get)

Big question is do you do your own work?
There are a TON of different options completely dependent on your skill level and how deep your pockets are!
You are probably gonna need to lay out some specifics on SKILL and BUDGET as well as define what ROF you are seeking and what FPS you are wanting to maintain before you get targeted responses that you'll actually find helpful.

No, I do not do my own work. I want my RoF around 25 RPS. And as far a FPS 375 is good

Then I would suggest a visit to Airdog here in Newnan . . . you'll get better knowledge/service than anywhere else in the metro area with great prices to boot.
Those specs are VERY do-able w/out having to go to a M120 spring even.
Start off by getting a good 9.6v battery and see how you like the ROF change . . . beyond that . . . let Tak and Rhino and the guys hook you up and map out some upgrades . . . they are MORE than fair on prices!

Then go with a CA Bore Up Kit to take care of most of your piston/cylinder issues and a matrix turbo motor . . . that will likely take care of both goals.

ya bc i have all those and a m120 and only get 330 fps but i also short stroked my piston which u are going to need to do so u dont stripp it then have a good shim job metal bushings new cylinder and head ball bearing spring guide and piston head then the gears motor and mosfet
