KA GBB M4...yeah that was a money pit(still ticks me off all I got out of that thing is a functioning carry handle) but I tend to believe KWA would do a better job. I have 4 guns from them, my dad has one, and never have been given a reason to complain about them. If used propperly they can be very practical also, I challenge you to find an AEG that has the trigger reaction time of a gas gun, so for room clearing it's the way to go. Also AEG's arent quite as water friendly as gas guns.

my upgraded JG m16 rivaled the trigger response of a gbbr. And I got a 300 round mag. Talk about practicality.

I'm sure it can be done, but it's a lot harder to do while maintaining the FPS needed to stay competative when transfering over to field ranges, and keeping your gun reliable(however, reliability can be an issue with gas guns too). As for the capacity issue, well I rarely need more than one of the 95rd mags that I prefer, but it's always nice to have a few thousand rounds on you in case it does get ugly and you need to do a lot of suppression, so I have to agree with you there.

I can almost guarantee one of my or aegs will be more reliable than a gas gun. They just are a better platform.
Fps? I can get instant at 550+ although with my m16 it was 440fps. Add r-hop and you have a 300ft range gun. It is very easy (and very cheap) to have a reliable aeg.
