This is a NFA upper, buyer assumes all responsibility with it and recognizes the laws regarding it. You can own this, but you have to have either a SBR lower, pistol lower or no lowers in the house. If you want I can send it away to ADCO and they can pin a muzzle device on it, putting it over 16 inches and thus not a NFA upper.

I bought this upper a few months ago from Grant at G&R, Plans have changed and I am going with a 11.5 KAC upper. I only shot this upper on a dealers SBR lower as my paper work hasn't come in yet, then after that is has lived at a friends house. Only about 40 rounds threw it. All the work was done at a local gun smith, and it was shot after so it functions fine.
The front sight post is canted counter clock wise just a a hair and never caused any problems.
Doesn't include BCG, $650.
