The next Warehouse Wars event will be in July and more teams are encouraged to join.

The Apex team member came as a ref for another team because he didn't want to pay to watch the girlfriend (at the time) play at the event. The apex team member chose to play on his own accord and I don't think he was aware of any other loyalty violations but he was not "stolen". I find team captains that talk to their team members admirable. This communication also opens up a whole new channel of information which would clear up any miscommunications and do and don'ts of a team. Teams that don't do this could be considered subversive and unprofessional.

Calm your chops wolf. If I were that kid and I was getting razzed over playing airsoft with some of my other friends at a tournament this would be right about the time I jumped over to their team permanently.

GUYS! Chill out! I am a proud member of APEX alone. I helped KSK because they were doing terrible in the tournement. I'm glad to help other teams and people, not out of disloyalty to APEX, but just to make the sport even better to the players.

*cough* *cough* They weren't doing badly in the tourament. They were short a player because Caleb left and were outnumberd. We drove all the back to Fayetteville to get stuff so you could play. Naturally, you had stuff to play, so you'd be the perfect fill-in.

I'm not saying KSK is a bad team, they just didn't do that well their first game. And you are my friends, no doubt in that. However, Apex is my team and theres no doubting that either

They played fine the first game o__O;; They lost, but they didn't play badly. Every single team that played Warehouse Wars did fine. Anyways, talk to KSK's team captain and talk to Apex team captain, because there is a obvious misunderstanding.

as for being unprofessional, during my professional racing years, it was common practice for teams to ask other teams for help when they are short of crew members. unless it's a sponsored team, individuals are voluntary and are not committed to be exclusive to that team. in other words, team suzuki members are restricted from helping team honda. but privateers are obligated to help out other privateers. if airsoft is to grow as a sport, then it should have the same courtesy as other established competitive team sports.

well said. As mentioned they teams were asked beforehand said member was borrowed

Joseph. I appreciate that you outfitted my member for that day. The thing is though since his inception to apex Mason has been trained by us and outfitted by us.

His MARPAT, and plate carrier were provided by the team so he could match our uniform. His rifle was worked on by the team, and as seen he is being trained at a team meeting.
If you'd like to borrow a member trained and outfitted by us, please contact the team. I do not like to hear from a member that another team is trying to recruit him out from under us.

NOTE: the issue with the member was discussed with him saturday (5/26/12)

Anyways....The number of craps I give. Seriously, it's not that big a deal.

I just want to get some audience from these forums to come to the next warehouse wars in July. There will be another live stream and the last Warehouse Wars live stream got over 500 views. It was an eventful day and I know everyone had fun. It would be awesome to get Team Airdog out there, but they don't really play CQB. My brother's Team Mad Crew might be there, or they'll make a Fayettvile Coalition team.

    Dusty grow up.

What's the big deal? It's his life, he can do whatever he wants. It's airsoft too, it's not the olympics or the play-offs. It's a local airsoft event. Are you sponsored? Ran by a talent agent? Have an official manager? Do you pay your members to play for you? Are they under some legal binding contract that states that you own them and that they should play for you? I don't think so. Trained by you? I hope that "training" is so life changing that he'll owe that to you.

You don't own anyone. Clearly you have some old dispute with whoever is in KSK (yes I'm about to go there). Grow up and let it go. I'm tired of watching you always start some stupid drama somewhere. I know I had a dispute with you before, clearly I just shrugged that off because it's high school drama. I was cool with you after that and as long as you acted reasonable about it, I'll just be quiet about it.

Now stay on topic. Stay with the PM rather than embarrassing yourself in public.

Leave Dusty be, I shouldn't have gone and played for another team in a big tournement without telling him. The fault lies with me. If there's a problem, discuss it with me.

Ronel the reason i respect you is because you apologized to me for what happened. That is something i will always respect.

It seems that everyone is under the impression that i yelled at mason for this. I didnt. I civilly discussed it with my team mates. Then talked with mason about it when we met at an ACZ game.

    What a surprise...

Ok Im not to sure what your problem is what my team. And to tell you the truth I really dont care. But you and your guys dont call some hits as well. Some hit you just cant feel because of the clothes and the gear we all wear. Which is why half of my guys wear no sleeves or short sleeve shirts. When you get hit in the vest in the middle of the game when it really heated no you cant feel it and Im sure every single airsoft player I know will say the same thing to that. Where Im going with this is that every one who plays airsoft gets upset about losing but its apart of the game. But that doesnt give you or anyone else the right that plays the right to call anyone cheaters and then plaster it over the forums and facebook and everywhere. You have no right. So Im asking nicely if you have negative things to say, say to our faces and stop hiding behind your computers to talk crap!!! Grow up and be a man and say it to us.

This tournament was awesome. All the teams played very well and I have to say I can't wait to watch the next one.

Welcome to the forum. Instead of double posting, please edit your original post with the extra message that you wanted to input. We are kind of nitpicky about it here...I fixed it for you Razz

You do have a valid point, and I won't argue against it. However, I hate the "say it to my face not hiding on the computer" thing. Think about it. That doesn't really make sense. Some people rarely get out to play, and even so, if they were to run into you, I'm sure they wouldn't be following you with picket signs reading "CHEATERS". The internet is a place where everyone is connected simultaneously, its very convenient and its the only place we can all talk together with any sort of dependability. What people think is going to show up. If I don't appreciate someone, I am not going to go out of my way to meet up with them and express to them my dislike for them. If I am in the same area and the situation arises where it would be appropriate to do so, sure. But it is not realistic to expect everyone to hold their thoughts in.

What does make sense is for you to argue that you guys shouldn't be labeled as cheaters all over the place. You do have every right to defend the integrity of your team. However, other people have the right to suggest that your team's integrity is less than acceptable. I haven't played against yall in a long time, because I rarely frequent public games anymore. The last time I played with yall was when yall first hit the AirDog scene, I think this was about 1.5 years ago. When I played then, I didn't feel as though it was honorable. And I held it to myself until I realized that a large amount of people, not even just from AirDog, shared the same feelings. I have not seen yall play since then. IDK if its different, or even if I was mistaken and yall are just as honorable as the rest. You can't prove empirically either way, that yall ARE cheaters, or that you ARENT cheaters. But you can look around and see the thoughts and feelings of a large group of unconnected and unrelated people....and the results...aren't very good....

I am not saying that BlackWater cheats. I can't prove that. That might be entirely false for all I know. However, what I can prove is that your team's reputation is not a good one. Who knows, maybe yall really are getting the s*** end of the stick. Still, you can't censor anyone's opinions.

Well that is very true no I cant stop ppl from what they think. All im saying is Im tired of have a bad rep only because we win. To tell you the truth there are many time that we have lost. Just because someone feels that they hit a player doesnt make it true. I personally dont wear all that crap but my vest so in the chance that someone said they hit me i can show you or you can show me where i was hit. I have no problem someone saying or asking me if i got hit. I have no reason to lie about anything nor does my team have too. Its funny how everyone calls us cheaters but every field that we go to we have refs so far up out but its crazy. Every where we go its the same thing. we have more ref on us that the ppl who are cheating dont get seen. Even at this tournament we were watched harder then any other team and not one time was one of my guys call out for not calling a hit. so we have all these refs on us all the time and none of them calling us out how can you or anyone else call us cheaters? you cant the only reason you all do it is because your mad and upset. so the only thing that comes to mind is call them cheaters. Fine call us what you want say what you want it doesnt change that fact we play well as a team and that is why we are successful. we have changed the mind of alot of ppl who thought we were cheaters after they played with us. No one complains when they are winning. just when they are losing. The thing is there are alot of other teams out there that I personally have seen cheating and not once have me or my team have gone online and call anyone cheaters. and im not going to start. Im just saying if you got something to say, say it to us not the online world. I just joined this site after reading the crap that ppl write about me and my team and its time someone step up and say something. we arent trying to be on anyones radar we just want to have fun and play airsoft. but you guys are making it not fun anymore. Im tired of all the cry babies out there. if you really are upset and mad you keep losing step your game up..

name recognition and rumors will take a life of its own. even before the tourney at Elite Ops, when Black Water arrived, a little kid next to me said to watch out for Black Water because they cheat. i was like wtf? who is this little kid and why is he spreading these rumors. i've have my share of not feeling hits. in the last game on wednesday, it was too hot to wear my usual padding so i wore a t-shirt. after the day and i removed my shirt, i noticed two open wounds on my chest that i never felt during the game.

i have shot people within 25 feet and watched the bb bounce off their gear and knew they didn't feel it. it's best to double tap or more. as for Black Water's reputation, it's easy to see when little kids with walmart guns claim their targets aren't calling their hits. they just found a name to associate it with.

when i recently played Black Water, Sam had to point out that he shot me in the chest and i didn't feel it. he was around 10 feet. later in the game, i've also shot him in the back which he also didn't feel. but it was a single shot to his hydration pack and i was using 300 fps.

since suffering enough open wounds in CQB, going back to woodland and getting reconditioned to feeling light hits took some time. there were times when i asked myself if i just got hit.

I totally agree Marvin, you and I have exchanged some serious BBs, I have never called you a cheat or even anyone I ever played against specially at cheat town, I know you are a great player and sometimes you just don't feel the hit because of the padding or what have you, and I'm sure I can't feel BBs hitting my tank or rigs or mags but it doesn't mean we are both cheaters and never call our hits, I enjoy having more refs shadowing our team to prove to the walmart gun owner or someone who thinks a .20g 6mm BBs will hit its mark every time that we do call our hits, how is it possible that all 8 refs shadowing our team mates don't see and don't call us out for hits but someone at 150 feet away in a semi lit area with many obstructions can swear that his perfect gun and perfect BB hit one of us! Again, I have a mean Polarstar that shoots 595 FPS, I will never say my .43g BBs traveling at 525+ FPS will hit the mark everytime and you know the range on it too. I keep shooting until eventually they call it, I will never yell at a player or accuse them of cheating. The Refs at Elite Ops did a great job, the infra red cameras made the BBs glow and the hits were very obvious, the Warehouse wars was a great success because of the talented teams and refs, no one was mad, no one was arguing, no one had anything negative to say about any other team, we all forgot the cash price and had fun and a great time thanks to the organizers and the owners of Elite Ops who created and provided this great field. Anyone who has not played CQB in a while, then go to Elite Ops and see how the refs and the players make it enjoyable again.

I think this thread has been de-railed....

On that note...a year ago, I was all on the BW Hate train. No doubt. But over the last year, I have played with and against these guys, and my opinion has changed. These guys are good. They move, shoot and communicate. Down at the Benning game I sort of tagged along with them. Working together, we got lots of kills and had a great time. Twisted Evil

Now, what I want to know is, is there anyplace where we can still see the video of the game? I was working and couldn't watch it. Sad

Also, can we stop the BW bashing on here? This thread is called "Warehouse Wars". If people want to bash other Teams/Players, start a different thread for that kind of thing....if you REALLY think we need one. Rolling Eyes

Here's where you can watch the video of the game. It's kinda in parts because Deon, from jag12 who was flimings it, was running out of battery. On July 28th is Warehoure wars two and the live broadcast will have commentary like a football game and everything n___n
