Well it's about 2 am and I'm having trouble sleeping. Any one else have this issue? If so what do you do to help?

Tylenol PM works well, But DON'T take to often because you can become dependant on it

Stay active during the day. If you work out for 30-45 minutes each day, you'll be able to sleep better.

That and a recent study showed that teens who are active on video games or computers late at night have a harder time trying to sleep than those who just read or watch a movie. (Entertainment to wind down...video games/computers requires brain activity to be teh win!)

I have a pretty good remedy but I can't post it here. Other than that, eat something, get a nice cold drink, and pop in a movie. Try and really pay attention to the movie while laying down, nice, warm, and comfortable. Should put you out.

Go to the Chiropractor a couple times and have them adjust your back. Never slept so good in my life

If I can't sleep(which is almost never) than I just turn on my PS3 and play until it is literally impossible for me to keep my eyes open.

i have a sleeping problem.
i run cross country and track and i still can't fall asleep at a decent time.
i sometimes take melatonin. it works well with most people. try it if all else fails?
