Where did everyone go?

Sup, guys, it's been a while. Recently I've only logged in every couple of months and every time I get on there are only 3-4 new posts, as opposed to 3-4 pages of posts. And I know now that I was way too young to be on here when I was and probably should have been permabanned for some of the stuff I said, just felt an apology was in order for you guys. Anyways, is everyone gone? I'd like to get back in the game now that I have a little extra money from my job and getting a licence soon, but if no one plays it would be kind of pointless. There aren't even pre/post game threads on here anymore. Did everyone quit? 

Most people moved on or moved over to Facebook. Airdog still has games, as do a lot of other areas.

Airsofters of Georgia is the biggest thing ik of on facebook, but yeah i miss the old forum days.

It didn't. The walk in store did.

Gone. It's ALL gone. Lack of player support is what killed it. Our main group of players, the hard-core supporters, the kids that all started airsoft with AIRDOG.......grew up. They are in college, the military, or have moved to INDOOR fields.

So the field isn't coming back then?

aren't the airdog guys completely out of airsoft?....that's what i heard last...

yeah..well....the "hardcore supporters" that always went on about how "milsim" they were .....yeah those were the first people to abandon the outdoor field and run to places like EOA that were closer to home and mommy didn't have to drive very far...now they go on about how many tourneys they've placed in, but the funny thing is that when they come to an actual outdoor field..say like georgetown...they get their a**es handed to them all day..lol..

The "older" core players that kept ACZ going....well, they grew up. College and Military for most of them. The under 15/16 crowd moved to indoor fields. The last year or so that we were open, Mother Nature was a real B. Over half of our weekend games got rained out, the rest had low turnout. Bob and I spent hours upon hours rebuilding the field. It didn't help. The players that came out loved the changes. We would love to open another field here on the south side.
