Well, sort of. It's got two switches, but they're both connected by a bar, so when you flip one switch, the other moves with it.

hmm sounds like that's not such a bad deal. only 2 more questions - how are the iron sights, and is it accurate?

I can bring it by the shop and you can check it out. I can tell you the battery is a "B" to put in. sights are fine to me.
