Today in History - D-Day

Today is the anniversary of Operation OverLord, otherwise known as D-Day, perhaps the most ambitious military operation of all time. It marked the turning point for the Allies against the Axis powers during WorldWar II on the Western Front. Many of us have relatives who took part in these events, or perhaps know someone who did. Please take some time out of your day to remember those who put everything on the line to stop oppression. All gave some, some gave all.
