theangryschnoodle wrote:Thats what my team usually does. I jam a tornado grenade or a broken grenade I found that someone threw away (when you throw it people think it's live, it's awesome) in my pocket for use in firefights etc. but when clearing rooms the second in the stack throws the grenade/flashbang so the first can be ready as soon as it goes off. It might not be the right way to do it but it usually works ok. We modify the tactics that our mil/leo members teach us to work for airsoft (I don't think we've EVER done two man room clearing, it's harder to call "I hit you first" when there's 4 guys shooting you, and when someone is hit we still have a few more left). Although I am moving some pouches to the belt. I also moved my light up front because it wasn't serving any purpose in the back haha.
Edit: Changed up the admin area, added a mag pouch to the back for buddy mags, and added a utility pouch to my belt rig.
Yes, Point man usually is just that, point man. Generally the operator in charge of the pre-entry device would just chuck it in the room then cover the 3 or 6 o'clock position (depending on the stack) while the team makes their entry, but number 2 or 3 man works too.
I like it, looks very light and compact, and Cool ( not cool like awesome, cool like cold)

Re: Show your load-out
Here is some new kit I got today. Will answer any questions if ya have them. No this is nowhere near the final setup, I still have some pouches I need to get for the battlebelt.
Sorry for poor quality of the pics. My camera was messed up tonight and wouldn't take any good pictures, everything kept coming out blurry and I have no idea why.

Was it you taking the picture? or timer?
And also, you're just missing some MC underwear and then you're good. And maybe some MC framed Mframes.

Army boots with USMC cammies.....they are to "bright". Un-blouse them and get them dirty. I can't remember when the last time I saw Marines with their pants bloused. Just sayin'
I am diggin the PC. I might drink the kool-aid...

Re: Show your load-out
Dip you boots in mud and leave it there. You need to marinate that thing so it'll look CB.

Re: Show your load-out
Dont dip them in mud. Thats not a good idea. Just give the some more use so they get dirty and become darker.
On another note, what kind of boots are you using?

Well whatever works for you man. They will get dirty over time, no worries on that.
I would suggest getting a quality pair of boots though. It will save your feet.

true. you think a tan combat shirt, or just a marpat blouse would look better?

Re: Show your load-out
If they made a CB combat shirt I would go with that. But I haven't seen any CB combat shirts, just khaki. However I know they make MARPAT combat shirts, so I would go with one of those.

Crye makes the tan/ranger green/black combat shirts, I doubt you have $170 to waste on those though.
